There's a 6.25% chance of it dropping, so after 10-11 meat cooks you're looking at a 50/50 chance of having it drop by then, and a 90% chance of having it drop after 35 meat cooks which is 5-6 meat cooks a day for a week, which is about the max most people are going to be able to do..
